Students of color bring unique backgrounds, experiences, and outlooks as they navigate the world of independent boarding schools, college life, and the professional world. Incorporating these personal attributes while pursuing academic excellence and personal growth, in surroundings that are often unfamiliar, requires the students to rely on their abilities to adjust to life in an environment that can feel uncomfortable and, sometimes, very puzzling.
